Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if they are:
 – Unused and unopened
 – In original packaging
 – In resalable condition
Returns due to change of mind are accepted under these conditions, but return shipping is at your cost.

Defective or Wrong Items
Received something faulty or incorrect? We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no worries. Just send us a photo, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
What Can’t Be Returned
– Opened or used tattoos (for hygiene reasons)
– Custom tattoos (unless there’s a defect or error)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
